Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi – Amritsar (410 km)
Today Reach in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching Delhi & drive to Amritsar by Cab. You will reach Amritsar in the evening. On arrival at Amritsar check in to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Amritsar Sightseeing-Wagah Border
Today after breakfast drive to Jallainwala Bagh. Jallainwala Bagh also known as the Amritsar massacre. In the afternoon, proceed to visit Golden Temple. The Golden Temple in Amritsar, India is the most sacred place of the Sikh Religion. Evening drive to visiting Wagha Border and attend Beating Retreat ceremony. The ceremony takes place every evening before sunset at the Wagha Border (Reach the border by 04:30 PM). Evening return back to the hotel .Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Amritsar-Dharamshala (220Km)
After breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to (4-5 hrs) Dharamshala. On arrival Dharamshala check in to the hotel. Evening free to explore the market. Dinner & overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 04: Dharamshala Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast, today drive to local sightseeing including the official residence of Dalai lama in Mcleodganj, St John church, Monasteries & Bhagsunath temple, the oldest temple in Dharamshala. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/Resort .
Day 05: Dharamshala – Dalhousie (120km)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Dalhousie (130 Kilometers). Dalhousie is a popular hill station situated at 2040 mts in the outer slop of the Dhauladhar range of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival, Check in to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/Resort .
Day 06: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie(25km)
Morning drive to Khajjiar, one of the most scenic Plateau known as the mini Switzerland of India and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here. Enjoy zorbing & paragliding. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Dalhousie Hotel/Resort .
Day 07: Departure-Delhi/Amritsar
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi (500 Kilometers) /Amritsar(190km) by cab. Reach in Delhi/Amritsar in the evening time and drop at the Railway station or Airport as desired.
