Itinerary
Day 01: Pick up Chandigarh to Shimla Local sightseeing (130 Km/3 Hrs)
On this day our Representative will pick up & transfer to Shimla. Arrive Shimla Check in to the Hotel. Later visit to “Vice Regal Lodge” of Shimla is a heritage building this is situated on the Observatory Hill of Shimla. The building now serves as the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS). “Christ Church” Shimla built in 1857 in the neo – Gothic style. And also visit Gaiety Theater, Scandal Point and famous Sankat Mochan Temple. The evening time is free to explore the famous “The Mall”. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Shimla –Kufri-Shimla
Today after breakfast drive to sightseeing tour of Kufri.
KUFRI: India’s one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hot spot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town –“THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla’s landmarks – the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo – Tudor library building – are worth seeing.( GREEN VALLEY, WILD FLOWER HALL, HALI PAD, KUFRI, INDIRA TOURIST PARK, MINI ZOO & FAGU VALLEY. Evening return back to the hotel .Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Shimla –Manali Via kullu & manikaran
After breakfast check out from the hotel and Drive to Manali.Enroute visit to KULLU & MANIKARAN . You can do River Rafting in kullu (on your own Basis) and shopping of World famous Shawls Factories. After visit to Vaishno Devi Temple and local market. And proceed towards Manikaran. On arrival take a bath in Natural Hot Springs of Sulphur and then visit old Ram Temple and Gurudwara. Manikaran is located in the Parvati valley (Altitude of 1760 Meters).Later depart to Manali. Check into the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel/Resort.
Day 04: Day Excursion to Rohtang pass/Solang valley
Today morning after breakfast excursion trip to Rohtang Pass /Solang Valley (up to snow line if Rohtang Pass is closed due to snowfall), There you can enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own Basis). On the way to Rohtang pass visit Gulaba, Kothi, Marhi and Rallha falls. Afternoon return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Manali-Dharamshala (280 km)
Today After breakfast check out from hotel, drive to Dharamshala. Dharamshala : This is a hill station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 17 kms north- east of Kangra town. This hill station is wooded with oak and conifer trees and snowcapped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. The snowline is perhaps more easily accessible at Dharamshala than at any other hill resort and it is possible to make a day’s trek to a snow-point after an early morning’s start. Dharamshala is also the headquarter of the Kangra district.
Arrive at Dharamshala,check in to hotel, Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Dharamshala.
Day 06: Dharamshala Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast, today drive to local sightseeing including official residence of Dalai lama in Mcleodganj, St John church, Monasteries & Bhagsunath temple, the oldest temple in Dharamshala. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/Resort .
Day 07: Dharamshala – Dalhousie (120km)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Dalhousie (130 Kilometers). Dalhousie is popular hill station situated at 2040 mts in the outer slop of the Dhauladhar range of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival, Check in to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/Resort .
Day 08: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie(25km)
Morning drive to Khajjiar, one of the most scenic Plateau known as the mini Switzerland of India and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here. Enjoy zorbing & paragliding. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Dalhousie Hotel/Resort .
Day 09: Departure-Delhi/Amritsar
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi (500 Kilometers) /Amritsar(190km) by cab. Reach in Delhi/Amritsar in the evening time and drop at the Railway station or Airport as desire.
