Neelakurinji: The exotic Neelakurinji flower, which blossoms once in twelve years and covers the hills with a bluish tinge can be seen here. It is due to bloom next in 2006.

Anaimudi Peak: Anaimudi Peak in Munnar is the highest peak in South India. With an elevation of over 2695 metres, it offers excellent venues for camping and trekking and is a delight for nature enthusiasts and wildlife travellers.
